Interstar treats in a fair and responsible manner its customers, employees, community in which it is a member as well as the environment.

We act with integrity in relation with our customers. We'd rather have long-term partnerships and we keep promises made.

In the products’ development process and in all processes involved in the Management of Quality, we observe ISO standards (according to the ISO9001:2008 EN ISO9001:2008 SR EN ISO9001:2008 Certification) and we do not promise more than we can do for our products. We comply with international accounting standards (IAS) applied by the company auditing the activity of the entire Group, on annual basis.

Because we are a family business, we care for our employees and we try to help them in solving their personal problems. That is why, they also prefer long-term partnerships: 30% of Interstar employees have seniority in our company of at least 10 years long.

We treat our employees with respect. We respect their rights and we provide them a working environment encouraging “on-the-job” continuous learning as well as through specialized training.

In the community of which member we are, we get ourselves involved into sponsoring actions (for the Romanian Red Cross, SO.SI.SE.SA Humanitarian Cultural Foundation, SOS Children Villages from Romania, Association for Aid of the Children with Physical Inabilities) and partnerships with non-governmental organizations promoting life and care for health and harmonious development of children (Secret of Evolution Association). In Greece and Cyprus, our Group is involved for more than 10 years in actions of informing and mobilizing women for preventing breast cancer.

We encourage the voluntary activities and donations of our employees: in 2011, more than 50% of the staff redirected 2% of the tax on wage to the Saint Mary Foundation, Hospital of Palliative Diseases and Foundation for SMURD.

Because we want to create a better and cleaner world for all of us, we are preoccupied not only with household cleaning, but also with the environment protection.
